Centile?

[edit]The line "In the last year of his life, he endured diarrheas, caused either by cor pulmonale or by exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (see below)." in the "Case History" setting seems to be going more into a presumptive diagnosis - should this portion of the article which only describes symptoms only state that he had diarrhea, and the second part of the sentence be put in the possible explanations section? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Billy Shears (talk • contribs) 13:35, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
